CONTRIBUTING SPONSORS

Contributing sponsors donate their time, services and/or products to ensure that the costs of the event remain low, and all the materials needed to accomplish the mission are available.

MEDIA SPONSORS

Our media sponsors offer PSAs, interviews, event coverage and promotions to communicate about Christmas Honors to the region and beyond.

Media partners are essential to our communication and we share our appreciation by listing them on our website, marketing materials, ceremonial programs, banners at the workshop and pickup days, as well as media and social media communications.

EVENT SUPPORTERS

Event supporters are the “boots on the ground” group. This includes organizations and individuals who donate their time to participate in the logistics of the event of year.

To share our appreciation for this group of hard workers, they are listed on our website, marketing materials, ceremonial programs, banners at the workshop and pickup days, as well as media and social media communications.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

 

 Veteran’s Hero  ($15,000+/year)

Sponsors will ensure the sustainability of the Christmas Honors program for years to come. With this financial support, wreaths and bows will be purchased as needed each year. This will serve thousands of veterans and their families year after year. 

This sponsorship includes:

  • Opportunity to address the volunteers at the workshop (2x between 9a-11a)
  • A space will be available in the lunch/food hall to play a video (provided by the sponsor) that can loop during the workshop.
  • Sponsors will be recognized during all media interviews (11/1/23-1/4/24).
  • Company logo will be listed on the website, marketing materials, ceremonial programs, and banners at the workshop and pickup days, along with media and social media communications. 
  • The option of having (2) designated workshop tables with company signage.

 

Mission Sustainer  ($10,000 - $14,999/year)

Sponsorships provide supplies and support to the operational needs of the Christmas Honors’ annual event. The community will be able to continue to support our local/regional veterans and their families year after year.

This sponsorship includes:

  • The opportunity to address the volunteers at the workshop (once between 9a-11a).
  • Sponsors will be recognized during all media interviews (11/1/23-1/4/24)
  • Company logo will be listed on the website, marketing materials, ceremonial programs, and banners at the workshop and pickup days, in addition to media and social media communications.
  • The option to have one designated workshop table with company signage.

           

Commitment Keeper  ($5,000-$9,999/year)  

Sponsorships show their commitment to the mission of Christmas Honors: “Present appreciation to veterans and their families such that they will never be forgotten.” Each year, there are operational and marketing expenses to ensure that the community knows when, where, and how we will gather to remember our veterans.

This sponsorship includes:

  • Recognized during all media interviews.
  • Company logo will be listed on the website, marketing materials, ceremonial programs, banners at the workshop and pickup days, along with media and social media communications. 
  • The option to have one designated workshop table with company signage.

 

Difference Maker  ($2,500-$4,999)

Sponsorships show their commitment to the mission of Christmas Honors: “Present appreciation to veterans and their families such that they will never be forgotten.” Each year, there are operational and marketing expenses to ensure that the community knows when, where and how we will gather to remember our veterans.

This sponsorship includes:

  • Recognized in printed media communications.
  • Company logo will be listed on the website, marketing materials, ceremonial programs, banners at the workshop and pickup days, in addition to media and social media communications.

 

Christmas Honors Partner ($1,000-$2,499)

Christmas Honors is grateful to those who support our annual mission. Unfortunately, each year the headstone count at the Fort Smith National Cemetery grows. Therefore, the number of wreaths/bows and such increases. We rely on our partners to make sure that we can honor every headstone, every year.

 This sponsorship includes:

  • Partners will be recognized on the website, marketing materials, ceremonial programs, banners at the workshop and pickup days, as well as media and social media communications.
