Event Day/Ceremony

There is much that goes into Event Day. Volunteers can help with distributing programs, setting/taking down signage, addressing questions and premature laying of wreaths during family time, parking questions as well as help clean up and correction. Following the event, the team walk the cemetery to make sure that only one wreath is on a headstone for each veteran (not on spouse side if not a veteran as we do not have enough wreaths to do all) and move any extra wreaths to decoration areas such as the flagpole and pavilion.
